Physical Goals for October 2024
Continue:
- 20 Pull ups daily
- Budokon Movement. Learn and practice flow C
- 20 mins zone 2 cardio 4 times a week, V02 Max workout one day a week
- Rice Wrist Work 3 times a week
- 1 Lifting Workout Weekly
BJJ
- Training BJJ minimum 3 times weekly
- Focus on Mount Control and Finishes
- Pick 1 takedown for no-gi and practice that
- Teach Back Escapes
Rehab:
-Add in backwards walking during dog walk
-Add skin the cats and dips pre cardio for shoulder
-Add glute/hip stretches daily
Kinetic Curiosity:
Flow rope, Bulgarian Bag, bullwhip, balance challenges, feet flexibility, Trapbar farmer carries, battle ropes
