September Movement Goals

I made an error this year. I abandoned my normal yearly goal patterns in favor of large and difficult goals. I’ve made some progress toward these goals, but not as much as I normally do. Instead of waiting until a new year to course correct, I’m breaking down my goals in the monthly or seasonal chunks. I’ve started with the easiest thing for me: movement learning and physical goals.


-Learn and practice Budokon Flow A and Budokon Flow B by end of the month

-20 pull ups daily

-20 mins zone 2 cardio 4 times a week, V02 Max workout one day a week, measure heart rate in hte morning while making coffee, measure heart rate recovery after cardio sessions and measure HR during sessions.

-Dead hangs for 1 minute daily

-Shoulder Mobility nightly, plus any other maintenance

-BJJ focus Complete Power Ride instructional

-BJJ focus Mount Control and Finishes

-BJJ focus Single Leg takedown Entry and Takedown

-Rice wrist work minimum 3 times a week

-1 Lifting workout weekly

-Fuck around and find out with Battle Ropes, Bullwhip, Trapbar farmer carries, Bulgarian bag, balance challenges, feet flexibility
