On September 2022, I decided to blog 50 times before the end of the year. Here is my running list of the blogs.

  1. 50 Blogs By End of Year: This post describes the challenge, my reasons for taking it on, and why I felt like it was a worthy goal.

  2. Sanctifying the Profane: I’m trying to scrape away at a spiritual problem in this essay. I’m looking for a way to create spiritual spaces in absence of the type of spiritual belief we were brought up to believe.

  4. Engineering for the Mind: My intuition is that we can understand our minds and mechanisms that make them work at the same level that we understand how to build bridges. This hasn’t happened yet, and here is my first attempt at explaining the problem.

  6. The Third Rule of Alchemy: A post in a series of posts about transformation and the self. These are fictional vinettes meant to convey what a future essay and exercises will also capture.

  7. Meaning:Eternalism: This is a post in the meaning sequence. This is a critique of eternalism as a viable theory of meaning.

  8. The Inside View and the Outside View: Self Esteem: This is a post in the meaning sequence and sub-sequence about the Inside and Outside View of ourselves. I’m reflecting on how comparing our subjective facts to objective facts causes suffering. I also have an out of place aside about theories of mind and how odd it is that we have both and inside view and outside view at all. I couldn’t kill my darlings here, so I’ll probably write a longer post on that later on.

  9. Making Music: I’m sharing some music I’ve recently made. I’m a novice, but sharing the process of learning and some brief reflections on that process is part of the fun of this blog.

  10. Hardest Coaching Lesson: Sharing one of the most challenging coaching lessons: It’s not about me. My job is not to get people to think like me, it’s to get them to think like them.
